Fieldwork- Includes excavating test units, screening soils for artifacts, and mapping remains associated with an 18th-century plantation on the Park grounds Laboratory Work- Includes cleaning and labeling artifacts, and preparing them for archival storage. Laboratory work takes place in the Maryland Archaeological Conservation Laboratory at JPPM.
