For students ages 12-16 years old - no parent needed Our spring Teen Homeschooler classes will be a 3-part series on kayaking and the ecology of the Patuxent river and its tributaries. Each month we will go out in kayaks to explore the river and the areas around it. We will use nets, water quality equipment, and our own senses to learn more about the river and the plants and animals that call it home. Teen homeschool days will give your teen a chance to get hands on experience with science and nature activities, provide an opportunity for service, and have fun in the company of other teens while doing it. Park by the pool.
