Works will be priced to sell, and are a great idea for one-of-a-kind holiday gifts! All artwork will be on display in conjunction with our annual holiday Ornament Show.

  2. 13th Annual Annmarie Ornament Show and Sale

    The Ornament Show & Sale is a juried show that features hand-crafted ornaments by more than 20 regional artists. This is the perfect place to find unique and affordable gifts for friends and family. The ornaments are beautifully hung on trees displayed in the Main Gallery of the Arts Building. Visitors shop off the trees and take their purchases to the Gift Shop. The show kicks off before Thanksgiving and runs through early January.

  3. VIRTUAL - 5th Annual Festival of Wreaths

    The 2020 Festival of Wreaths is scheduled for November 21, 2020 from 10 am - 3 pm. We are thrilled to host this event at the historic Linden House located in the heart of Prince Frederick and home to the Calvert County Historical Society. We are looking forward to greeting our guests in person (following social-distancing guidelines and CDC guidelines) and live streaming on Facebook for those who wish to join us virtually. Online bidding on wreaths and silent auction gift baskets will begin Nov. 20 at 9 am! John Luskey will serenade guests with holiday tunes on Nov. 21 from 11 am - 1 pm!

  4. CANCELED - Guided Hiking Tour of JPPM - CANCELED

    Nearly 70 archaeological sites document a remarkable and varied history that goes back thousands of years at JPPM. Through this special guided hike, visitors can learn about the 9,000 years of human history uncovered by the archaeology carried out in the park. Please note this is an approximately 3-hour, 2.5 mile hike on various surfaces/elevations, and can be strenuous for new hikers. Dress comfortably and bring plenty of water, as there are no fountains along the hike.

    We are thrilled to be partnering with the College of Southern Maryland, Calvert County Library & Maryland Humanities to celebrate 2020 One Maryland One Book. They are encouraging every Marylander to read the same book the week of November 16. This year the chosen book is The Island of Sea Women by bestselling author Lisa See. Set in Korea, it chronicles the friendship and family secrets of two female divers. To help better understand the story, No Thyme to Cook will be offering a cooking class on Korean cuisine. Watch and cook along virtually with us - you purchase your own ingredients ($25/login). Join us in person for one of our 12 exclusive VIP Chef’s Table seats.
