  5. 13th Annual Annmarie Ornament Show and Sale

    The Ornament Show & Sale is a juried show that features hand-crafted ornaments by more than 20 regional artists. This is the perfect place to find unique and affordable gifts for friends and family. The ornaments are beautifully hung on trees displayed in the Main Gallery of the Arts Building. Visitors shop off the trees and take their purchases to the Gift Shop. The show kicks off before Thanksgiving and runs through early January.

    The 2020 Festival of Wreaths is scheduled for November 21, 2020 from 10 am - 3 pm. We are thrilled to host this event at the historic Linden House located in the heart of Prince Frederick and home to the Calvert County Historical Society. We are looking forward to greeting our guests in person (following social-distancing guidelines and CDC guidelines) and live streaming on Facebook for those who wish to join us virtually. Online bidding on wreaths and silent auction gift baskets will begin Nov. 20 at 9 am! John Luskey will serenade guests with holiday tunes on Nov. 21 from 11 am - 1 pm!

    New for 2020! Socially distant outdoor event! Join us as our popular wreathmaking extravaganza moves outdoors! Learn how to create a wreath from an assortment of greens and fun decorative elements! Enjoy music, a cash bar, assorted treats and good company. Tables will be distanced 10+ feet apart, set with individual toolkits and buckets full of assorted greens. Grab a prepackaged accessory kit from the clothesline, or bring your own festive accessories to add. Participants are encouraged to bring your own garden scissors, wire cutters, gloves, and lawn chair. Masks are required for this event. Tables are limited due to covid crowd constraints.
