    Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center in Solomons, Maryland, is pleased to present a powerful new exhibit exploring images and experiences of woman in art, as creators, innovators, consumers, and subject matter. She: An Expression of Womanhood will run through September 27, 2020 in the Kay Daugherty Gallery. The juried exhibit features over 80 works from local and national artists. Themes. Images, and experiences are expressed in a variety of mediums, including, painting and drawing, fiber, assemblage, and sculpture.

  3. Teen Homeschool Day - Phenology Series

    March 10, 2020, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Flag Ponds Nature Park

    For students ages 12-16 years old - no parent needed. Our Winter/Spring homeschool series focuses on “phenology” - nature’s calendar. It is the study of seasonal changes in plant and animal life-cycles such as date flowers begin to bloom or frogs start singing in the spring. Month to month, we will make and record weather observations and check in with the plants and animals at Flag Ponds Park - watching winter change to spring.

  4. Time Traveling Kids Storytime

    This FREE program for Pre-K kids features stories that transport participants into the past! In addition to reading a story, participants will join in on activities related to the story’s setting.
