This school year, join CMM for a virtual fieldtrip experience! The CMM Education Team has created FIVE new and unique programs for students K-5 to engage in activities focusing on paleontology, estuarine biology, and maritime history. Each program is available to public, private, and homeschool groups. You must complete registration for your requested virtual fieldtrip experience and we will send you the corresponding website link.

Join our February 40: Brisk Walk Challenge at Annmarie and chase away those winter blues! Throughout the month, stop in as many times as you like for a brisk walk around our Wooded Path. Finish 40 laps (10 miles) in February and you’ll receive special Annmarie prizes. Sign up here, then pick up your race lanyard at the front desk, and get started! No need to check in at the desk each time. Just wear your lanyard and track your own progress with our fun photo ops along the trail. Share your final photo with us to claim your prizes! Our paved 1/4 mile Wooded Path is the perfect starter course for all ages and abilities. Go at your own pace and discover new surprises each week you visit.

Our Teen Homeschool classes will meet in-person meetings because the groups are small enough to participate safely. Staff and participants will need to wear masks. Classes will be outside only and if equipment is needed - each participant will have their own. This winter we will start an exploration of the habitats present at Flag Ponds Nature Park. Teens will meet outside each month and spend the class out hiking the trails - we will explore the park, learn to identify the common plants and animals, build shelters, and whatever the season has to offer. Masks will be needed for all participants
