Need some more magic? There are extra hidden things to find. Can you find the Dragon’s Nest? The three Gnome Villages? All the colorful Tree Pops? The fun and informative Nature Notes? Purchase a Sluice Kit to take home and search for gems and fossils. There’s so much to explore, you’ll want to visit often to see what’s new!

  4. North Beach Farmer's Market 2021 Season

    The 2021 North Beach Farmers’ Market season is tentatively set for May 1 through September 25, 2021. We are pleased to announce changes to the market that will give it a traditional, small town atmosphere. The new North Beach Farmers’ Market will be held on Saturday mornings from 8 to 11 am in the parking lot of the North Beach Senior Center. The market will include local vendors with items such as plants, farm vegetables, baked goods, meats, cheeses, eggs and other fresh goods. The Town of North Beach will follow the State of Maryland’s masking order and physical distancing order for outdoor public areas that exist at the start of, and during, the Farmers’ Market season.

  6. River Cruises on the Wm. B. Tennison

    Enjoy a one hour cruise on the river with a relaxing sightseeing cruise. On your cruise, you will cruise the busy Solomons inner harbor, see Solomons Island and the Chesapeake Biological Laboratory, pass underneath the Governor Thomas Johnson Bridge and turn back at Pt. Patience and the Naval Recreation Center. Departures are from the Calvert Marine Museum dock. All cruises are weather permitting. Tickets are available for purchase online and at the Admissions Desk. Maximum capacity is 20 persons. Accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities with reasonable notice. No strollers allowed. All passengers must wear a mask for this one hour cruise.
