Visit this unique swampland where one of Southern Maryland's most eye-popping warblers makes its home. The Prothonotary Warbler will be in full song, setting up its breeding territories. Our leader, Gene Groshon has been banding Prothonotaries in this location for several years. Our goal will be to identify individual warblers that have just returned from Venezuela, Colombia or Mexico to the Cypress Swamp to nest again. The Sanctuary includes a visitors’ center and a boardwalk through the swamp, so the birding should be excellent at the height of spring migration.

Annmarie’s Main Gallery will be transformed into temporary artist studios, providing a serene retreat and work space for artists to create. The 30 acre park, patios, and pavilions will host plein air painters and outdoor artists.

Come frolic in the Fairy Lolly and explore our magical village of fairy houses and gnome homes, each lovingly created by children.

'Adorned: Inspired by Fabric and Fashion' will bring together artists who construct their work through adornment as methods for revealing, or concealing, identities. The goal of the exhibition is to include work rooted in material exploration with an interest in pattern, fabric, and fashion.

Fast Track is a band that formed following the retirement announcement of long time Cardinal Tradition band leader, David Parmley. The five members of Fast Track are not only all highly decorated in awards from the IBMA and SPBGMA organizations but are also veteran players on the Grand Ole Opry stage, across the United States, Canada, and throughout Europe. The Fast Track members are Dale Perry (banjo, bass vocals), Steve Day (fiddle, vocals), Ron Spears (bass, vocals), Shayne Bartley (mandolin, vocals), and Duane Sparks (guitar, vocals). The band has already successfully released two full-length albums with Engelhardt Music Group of Nashville, TN, with a third recording expected later this year.
