Local Care Team

The Calvert County Local Care Team (LCT) is an interagency team that functions as a collaboration of helping hands dedicated to providing families of youth with intensive needs with the resources necessary to find success. The LCT presents information from various providers to highlight possible community resources, services and/or supports available. The LCT brings agencies together in one location, offering families and caregivers the opportunity to ask questions in a welcoming environment. Our goal is to help Calvert County residents identify and access resources that meet their individual needs. We aim to open doors, brainstorm and share knowledge. Families can self-refer, or agencies can submit referrals on their behalf.

We meet virtually on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, starting at 9:30 a.m.
