The AllyCatWalk Boutique

The AllyCatWalk Boutique is a women’s clothing boutique offering unique and trendy fashion selections both online and in-store. New arrivals are launched weekly, providing customers with fresh and exciting options for their wardrobes. In May 2023, AllyCatWalk launched its mobile boutique, “Daisy” – a fully renovated 1978 Sovereign Land Yacht. Customers can catch Daisy on the road at pop-up events. The boutique’s temporary warehouse is located in Patuxent Plaza, between Beauty Nails and Southern Roots Hair Salon, with plans to open a new store in May.
The Blue Shell Gifts and Decor

The Blue Shell Gifts and Decor was founded in November 2021 after Vickie retired from a 25-year career as a mortgage loan officer. In addition to her work in the mortgage industry, she also published Southern Maryland This is Living magazine for 24 years. After retiring, she was invited by her sister, Jackie Martin, to open the store in Solomons, in the same location as the Jacqueline Morgan Day Spa. The name “Blue Shell” reflects Vickie’s love for blue seashells, which symbolize beauty, uplift, and cherished moments. The shop offers a thoughtfully curated selection of gifts, fashion, and home décor inspired by seaside living and the spirit of giving.

K&K Adventure Park
90 Sherry Lane, Prince Frederick
K&K Adventure Park, founded by Kelly Ridgewell, sits on the same Sherry Lane property that once housed R&J’s Play Park, which closed in 2012. She repurchased the land in 2021 and reopened it as K&K Adventure Park, bringing back popular attractions like the 18-hole mini-golf course and batting cages. Updates include repaving the old bumper boat pool into a bumper car area and adding a rock-climbing wall. Ridgewell hopes to eventually expand the park to include indoor activities such as black-light mini golf, laser tag, arcade, VR escape room and laser maze.
Lord Calvert Bowling Center

Rod ‘N’ Reel Resort

Rod 'N' Reel Resort began as a restaurant with charter fishing and a marina in 1946. Over the years, it has grown into a full-service waterfront resort offering a hotel, marina, and restaurant. Solomons Victorian Inn
The main house of Solomons Victorian Inn, built in 1906, originally served as the family home of Clarence Davis. His family’s business, M.M. Davis & Son, was renowned for building early 20th-century sailing yachts, including several trophy-winning vessels. Among them was Manitou, which was owned and restored for a time by President John F. Kennedy. Today, the historic property operates as a bed-and-breakfast overlooking the scenic harbor of Solomons Island, Maryland. Guests enjoy access to common areas such as a cozy parlor, game room, front porch and garden. The Carriage House features two-bedroom suites with private entrances, complimentary parking and 24-amp electric vehicle charging.
Spooky Solomons
Spooky Solomons is a 90- to 120-minute walking tour that explores the eerie history of the watermen’s town of Solomons Island, Maryland. Covering just over half a mile one way, the tour features local history and legends, including tales of murder, accidental death and ghostly encounters — all presented in a PG-rated format.

Swann Farms
Swann Farms is a family-owned farm located along the Patuxent River in Lower Marlboro, off Chaneyville Road. Established in 1858, it has been lovingly tended by six generations of the Swann family. The farm offers a diverse selection of fruits and vegetables for both wholesale and retail markets, supplying local grocery stores, farm stands, and its own on-site market. Crops include sweet corn, peaches, tomatoes, watermelons, cantaloupes, and various berries like blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries. Additionally, the farm features 20 acres of pick-your-own joy, with berries available in summer, sunflowers in autumn, and pumpkins in the fall.
