Chapter 1: Town Centers consolidates background information, applicable to all town center master plans. Subsequent chapters will be dedicated to individual town centers.

Status of Draft Chapter Adoption

Public Hearing on Draft Chapter

The Planning Commission public hearing for the Draft Chapter 1: Town Centers and Draft Chapter 3: Dunkirk Town Center Master Plan Update is scheduled on February 18, 2026, in the Commissioner's Hearing Room at 150 Main Street at 7:00 P.M.

Comments on the draft chapters will be accepted until January 20, 2026 at 4:30 P.M. and may be submitted at towncenterupdate@calvertcountymd.gov or to the Planning Commission at 150 Main St., Prince Frederick MD, MD 20678.
